Meredith Plaxco, LPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loss prevention and safety within the retail sector. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Loss Prevention Foundation and as Vice Chair of the Asset Protection Leaders Council at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), Meredith has demonstrated leadership and commitment to the field. As Vice President of Loss Prevention and Safety at PetSmart since February 1997, Meredith has held multiple positions, showcasing a progressive career in managing loss prevention strategies and operations. Prior experience includes a role as District Manager at VetCor, overseeing sales and operations for twelve veterinary hospitals. Educational background includes studies at the Community College of Rhode Island.
