Lou Staiano

Lou Staiano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, fraud, risk, and compliance management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations Fraud, Risk, and Compliance at PetSure since March 2014, Lou has led key regulatory programs and enhanced incident management processes. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Medibank Health Solutions, where Lou facilitated initiatives for the Attorneys General Office, and Business Project Manager at ClearView Pty Ltd, overseeing the launch of Risk Life products. Additional experience encompasses strategic project consulting at IAG and IT project management at Hutchison 3G, where Lou contributed to the rollout of 3G services in Australia.
