Ernie Gozzi

Ernie Gozzi has extensive experience in production logistics and customer support operations, currently serving as Director of Production Logistics at Pevco since November 2008. In this role, Ernie Gozzi has focused on reviewing and improving processes across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments. Prior to this position, Ernie Gozzi held the role of Customer Support Operations Manager at Pevco, where responsibilities included the development of quality and performance standards. Ernie Gozzi also served as Director of Claims Services at POMCO Group from November 2003 to May 2008, directing claims operations for a large provider network. From January 1984 to October 2003, Ernie Gozzi was the Manager of Warranty Administration at Carrier Corporation, overseeing a significant annual budget. Ernie Gozzi holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia College, Columbia University.
