Juliana Chen

Juliana Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, innovation, and brand strategy within the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations & Consulting Services at Pfizer since 2019, Juliana also leads the PGS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion partnership and Early Talent Program. Prior roles at Pfizer include Director of Global Innovation Wellness, where strategic plans for energy and immunity were developed, and Chief of Staff to the Division CMO, driving global brand development and marketing strategies. Juliana's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Blue Marlin and Smart Design, focusing on branding and marketing strategies, as well as roles at Kraft Foods and Colgate-Palmolive. Juliana holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and has a degree from Harvard University.
