Noah Theiss

Noah Theiss is an accomplished professional in the field of translational pathology and biomarker testing, currently serving as Associate Director at Seagen since January 2023. Prior to this role, Noah held the position of Manager for Assay Reagents & Technology at Roche from July 2020 to January 2023, where leadership focused on novel assays and technologies was emphasized. Noah's extensive experience also includes serving as Staff Scientist and Technical Supervisor at Ventana Medical Systems from July 2006 to July 2020, collaborating with over 50 pharmaceutical partners to develop and validate diagnostic tests for certified labs globally. Earlier in Noah's career, a role as Research Associate at Ceres, Inc. involved managing high throughput morphological phenotyping projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Biosciences and a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Sciences, both from the University of Arizona, along with studies at Armstrong State University.
