Wendy Mayer

Wendy Mayer serves as the Vice President of Candidate Experience at Pfizer, leading the strategic development of the global experience for job candidates, including sourcing, talent acquisition, and onboarding initiatives. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Pfizer, Wendy has driven innovation in performance management, colleague experience, business transformation, and market access strategy. Previous positions include Vice President of Performance Management and Strategy, Vice President of Colleague Experience, and Vice President of Business Transformation. Wendy began their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant and completed an Administrative Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Wendy holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
