Harmen Schouten

Harmen Schouten has a robust legal and management background in pension funds and corporate law. Currently serving as the Secretary of Pension Management at Pensioenfonds PGB since March 2021, Harmen previously held the position of Manager of Legal Affairs at Stichting Pensioenfonds IBM Nederland from May 2014 to March 2021. Prior roles include Secretary (member of the executive board) at Stichting Pensioenfonds TBI and legal counsel at TBI Holdings B.V. and Köster Advocaten. Harmen began a career in law at Fenedex as a jurist. Academic qualifications include a Master of Law in Economic Public and Business Law from Utrecht University and additional studies at Nyenrode Business University and Kruisheren Kollege.
