Aref Hany

Aref Hany has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Mechanical Supervisor at PGESCo since September 1998. In this role, Aref Hany is responsible for organizing, planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities, managing project deliverables, and conducting performance reviews. Aref Hany has a strong focus on team development, problem-solving facilitation, and process improvement. Previous positions include Deputy Mechanical Supervisor, where planning and coordinating engineering work was a key responsibility, and Mechanical Engineer at ASESCo.
