Lisette Bos - Heidstra

Lisette Bos - Heidstra has extensive experience in pension management, currently serving as Manager Pensioenbeheer StiPP and Manager Pensioenbeheer Premie Pensioen Instelling at PGGM since June 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing entire pension administration and services for employers, participants, and pension advisors, acting as a sparring partner for the board, and managing a team of approximately 15 FTE. Lisette actively participates in the MT Institutioneel Pensioenbeheer and contributes to enhancing DC capabilities. Previous roles include pension consultant at Akkermans & Partners and Fondssecretaris at Syntrus Achmea. Lisette holds a Master's degree in Law from Radboud University and several relevant certifications, including Green Belt in Lean and WFT certifications related to pensions and investments.
