Sheila Wray Given

Sheila Wray Given is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and operations support within the engineering and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Principal at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since February 2019, Sheila leads business development marketing efforts in Southern California while overseeing recruitment and project management. Previous roles include Director of Communications for BYD, where Sheila was instrumental in promoting the company's mission to advance battery-electric vehicle technology. Additional experience spans various senior positions at LKG-CMC, Stantec, PinnacleOne, Carter & Burgess, and O'Brien-Kreitzberg, contributing significantly to their growth and presence in the transportation and construction management fields. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Iowa and has participated in leadership roles within the WTS International Board.
