Martina McCarthy

Martina (Mia) McCarthy currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Statutory Reporting for Bonds & Stocks at PGIM, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Mia worked as an Officer in Fund Accounting & Administration at State Street and spent several years at PGIM in various roles, including Investment Operations Team Lead and Investment Operations Specialist, overseeing financial statement accuracy and managing a team to meet tight deadlines. Mia's early career included significant contributions at ASME, where travel service efficiencies yielded cost savings, and experience in market research at Seton Hall University, complemented by internships in business development and accounting. Mia holds an MBA in Finance & Sport Management from Seton Hall University and has a diverse international education background, including a Master's in Teaching from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
