Sudeep Panicker

Sudeep Panicker is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in customer support, human resources, and hospitality management. Currently serving as AVP of Operations at Pharmarack since November 2022, Sudeep previously worked as Back Office Manager at Croma, Infiniti Retail Limited from June 2018 to January 2023, and as Manager of Human Resources at Seal Services International from October 2015 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as Team Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Sutherland Global Services, with responsibilities encompassing team leadership, performance management, and technical support expertise. Sudeep began a career in hospitality with a trainee position at JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai after completing an International Hotel Management & Catering Operations course at the Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Operations.
