Inés Bernal

Inés Bernal currently serves as the Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Pharming Group N.V. since December 2024. Prior experiences include roles at Celanese from January 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities spanned Global Vice President HR for Commercial, Regional Vice President HR for multiple regions, and Senior Director of Human Resources. Previous positions at Boeing from October 2018 to January 2021 focused on employee relations in Europe, Russia, and Israel. Inés also took parental leave and relocated to the Netherlands from January 2016 to September 2018. Earlier career highlights include serving as Group Head of Human Resources at Eclipx Group, HR People Capability Director at Yum! Brands, and various HR roles at GSK across the APAC region. Inés holds a Post Graduate Masters in Commerce with a focus on Organizational Development and Strategic HRM and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from UNSW, as well as completing secondary education at Ravenswood School for Girls.
