Sky Kelley

Sky Kelley is an experienced executive with a strong background in digital product innovation and strategic leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Pharos Capital Group since 2024, Kelley previously held significant roles at Nike from 2020 to 2024, including Co-Global General Manager of Digital Product Innovation and Sr Director at Valiant Labs, where responsibilities involved leading corporate innovation and digital business incubators. As the Founder and CEO of AVISARE from 2016 to 2023, Kelley developed an AI-based SaaS solution for procurement teams. Additional experience includes key positions at The Walt Disney Company, AT&T AdWorks, Care Media Holdings, and UBS Investment Bank, demonstrating expertise in product strategy, business development, and contract negotiations. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
