Stephan Fouquaert

Stephan Fouquaert has extensive experience in network architecture and design, currently serving as a Segment Architect at NCIAgency since August 1985 and as a Phase One Certified Professional at Phase One since November 2013. Additionally, Stephan holds the position of Senior Network Architect at NCIA since August 2000. Key areas of expertise include service fulfillment, assurance, capacity planning, network design, Quality of Service (QoS) design, and Voice over IP (VoIP) design.
