Marvin Cruz

Marvin Cruz is an experienced telecom engineer with a strong background in fiber and copper cable engineering, specializing in FTTX, FTTH, and FTTB designs for telecommunication networks. Currently serving as an OSP Designer at Phasor Engineering Inc. since April 2023, Marvin previously held positions such as OSP Telecom Engineer at edara, Senior Engineer at Inteltec Emirates, and Network Planner at Special German Electro Mechanical LLC, among others, where responsibilities included planning and designing network systems, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and managing civil and cable estimates. Marvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines and is proficient in various software and tools relevant to telecommunications engineering.
