Jack Carroll

Jack Carroll is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at Phelps Construction Group since October 2016, Jack has previously held positions such as Project Manager at Hollister Construction Services and Iron Hill Construction Management, as well as Assistant Project Manager at Kohl Construction Group and Project Engineer at Damon G. Douglas Company. Jack's academic foundation was established at Virginia Tech, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2010.
