Rose Cole

Rose Cole, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Chapter Relations at The Phi Beta Kappa Society since October 2024. Prior experience includes directing community engagement at Madison House in Charlottesville, Virginia, from August 2019 to July 2024, and holding the position of Assistant Director of Public Service at the University of Virginia from June 2018 to August 2019. Rose also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Virginia from August 2012 to 2017 and as an Academic Program Coordinator for Leadership Studies at West Virginia University from August 2009 to August 2012. Rose Cole earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia between 2012 and 2019.
