Anita Rogalska

Anita Rogalska is an experienced HR leader with a significant track record in global talent development and human resources management. Currently serving as Director of Global Leadership Development and Director of People & Culture at Philip Morris International since June 2018, Rogalska previously held various HR leadership roles at GSK, including HR Country Head (Dyrektor HR), where the focus was on delivering consistent HR processes and leading teams across multiple business units. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior HR Manager at Danone, HR Manager at Bank BPH, and participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE. Rogalska began the career as an HR Officer at Flextronics International and progressed through roles that encompassed HR business partnering, organization staffing, and talent acquisition. Education includes a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Gdansk.
