General Virtual Assistant has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Social Media Manager at WFH Virtual Assistant since January 2017, focusing on LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, data mining, and social media management. In addition to this, General Virtual Assistant has been involved as a Virtual Assistant with VA MOM Solution since January 2015, managing customer accounts, handling phone communications, and organizing schedules. Serving as Business Unit Head at AXA Philippines since August 2019, General Virtual Assistant recruits and nurtures team members, while also managing customer engagement and driving business strategies. Previous roles include supporting office staff as a Virtual Assistant in Health Insurance and providing customer service at Telstra. General Virtual Assistant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Stenography and Typing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, attained between 1998 and 1999.
