Joe Esguerra

Joe Esguerra is an experienced training and development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Trainer Development and Bankassure Onboarding Segment Head at AXA Philippines since June 2019, Joe has a strong focus on training governance, effectiveness auditing, and curriculum development. Prior roles at AXA include Sr. Manager positions in Training Governance and Leader Training and Development. Prior to AXA, Joe held key training positions in organizations such as Metrobank Card Corporation, San Miguel Corporation, and 3M Philippines, where responsibilities included curriculum development and sales management. Joe began the career in training and recruitment with roles at 24/7 Customer, Convergys, and GMA Network. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management, from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.
