Jill McCann

Jill McCann possesses extensive experience in the energy sector and education, currently serving as a Sr. Associate in CIO Support at Phillips 66 since May 2012, with prior roles including Communications Associate and various positions in Inclusion and Diversity and Talent Management. At Phillips 66, a global energy manufacturing and logistics company, Jill contributed to multiple operational areas. Before this, Jill worked at the University of St. Thomas-Houston from August 2005 to May 2012, focusing on teacher certification and faculty excellence initiatives. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology and Theology from the University of St. Thomas and an Associate degree in General Studies from Alvin Community College.
