Andrea Tate

Andrea Tate, MSN RN, is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in healthcare management and clinical practice. Currently serving as the Document Control Manager and previously holding positions as Manager of Medical Staff Services, Quality & Operations, and Quality/Patient Safety Clinical Consultant at Phoenix Children's since November 2015, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership in quality improvement and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Adult Care Coordinator RN at Maricopa Integrated Health System and Registered Nurse positions at Select Specialty Hospital, AMN Healthcare, and Crozer Chester Medical Center. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
