Allison Harthcock

Allison Harthcock currently serves as the Distance Learning Coordinator at Phoenix College since July 2023. Previously, Harthcock held the position of Associate Professor at Butler University from August 2003 to June 2023 and was a lecturer at Illinois State University from 2001 to 2003. Harthcock's early career includes serving as the Interim School Health Coordinator for the State of Missouri Department of Health from 1994 to 1996 and as the Assistant to the Station Manager at KOZJ Public Television from 1992 to 1993. Harthcock's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Arts in American Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University, a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, a Certificate in Social Media Marketing from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in English from Missouri Southern State University.
