Phoenix Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm specialized in Human Capital solutions and operating across the Middle East region.

The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut as its headquarters. In 2011 a second office was established in Muscat, Oman. A third office has been established in Dubai in 2016 & Phoenix’s organic growth has continued by establishing a fourth office in Cairo in 2019, a fifth office in Canada in 2022,  a sixth office in Saudi Arabia in 2022 and a seventh office in United Kingdom in 2022.
