Rachel Richmond

Rachel Richmond serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition within the Service & Integration division at Phoenix Group, leading initiatives to develop a world-class talent acquisition function. Previous experience includes roles as Resourcing Manager at West Midlands Trains, overseeing recruitment strategies, and Talent Acquisition Lead for Northern Europe at Mondelēz International, managing talent initiatives across multiple countries. Rachel's early career included various recruitment and assessment positions at Barclaycard, Severn Trent Water, and Forensic Science Service, coupled with qualifications in psychometric testing and human resources management from institutions such as the British Psychological Society and CIPD. Rachel holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and a Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management from IML Business School.
