Goldy Simmons, MS, CSCS, RSCC, PES, CES, serves as the Director of MLB Strength and Conditioning and Director of MiLB Sports Performance for the Chicago White Sox, a position held since November 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Performance Coordinator and Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach with the same organization, as well as serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Glendale Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League in 2016 and 2018.
