Katarina Vicenova

Katarina Vicenova serves as Chief People Officer at both Photoneo and Brightpick since July 2024, following a brief sabbatical. Prior to this, Katarina was the People Operations Director at SuperScale from January 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included interlinking HR, office, and IT operations within a global startup environment focused on mobile game studio success. Katarina also held significant HR roles at Innovatrics as Head of HR and as HR Manager/Sr. Business Partner from September 2016 to December 2020, specializing in biometric identity management solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at CoolPeople, R.I. Consultancy Services, Accenture Technology Solutions, and Globium, with a strong foundation in organizational and work psychology from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
