Jon Soderberg

Mr. Soderberg is a veteran in the medical device industry, having spent 16 years as an executive at Welch Allyn, ultimately responsible for business development and M&A activities through Welch Allyn’s acquisition by Hill-Rom in 2015. He is well connected in the front line care medical device industry, bringing extensive market knowledge and rolodex to PhotoniCare’s efforts. Mr. Soderberg received his JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law, and has had previous appointments in the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
