Smadar Haimovich

Smadar Haimovich is a seasoned Process Engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving at Pi-Cardia since June 2024, Smadar previously held roles at Remilk and OSSIO, focusing on production oversight and process optimization. At Remilk, responsibilities included managing production processes for CMOs and implementing improvements in both upstream and downstream processes. Prior experience encompasses project management at RS Ness, where Smadar developed VMP and policy documents for life science industries, and held engineering positions at BTG A Ferring Company, Insight, and ColBar LifeScience Ltd., involving scale-up projects, equipment procurement, and validation engineering. Smadar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ariel University.
