Key responsibilities include orchestrating the company's inorganic growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, particularly in the agrochemicals and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, Shalaut held senior leadership roles at Aris Infra and Piramal Enterprises Limited, where significant achievements included leading M&A initiatives, strategic alliances, and business development efforts.
