Benoit Laval has extensive experience in the luxury hospitality and high jewelry sectors, currently serving as High Jewelry Business Development Manager for EMEA at Piaget since April 2016, where responsibilities have included overseeing sales and flagship store operations. Prior roles include Deputy GM at La Réserve Genève - Hotel and Spa, and Operations Director at W Hotels, where Benoit was instrumental in the pre-opening and opening of the first W Hotel in France. Additional experience includes significant positions within InterContinental Hotels Group and FAUCHON, focusing on operational management, project coordination, and maximizing commercial performance across multiple locations. Benoit holds a DESS in Quality and Food Safety from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
