Nicolas Hinternesch

Nicolas Hinternesch is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering with extensive experience in the SaaS industry, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering EMEA at Piano since May 2021. In this role, Nicolas specializes in analytics, audience segmentation, user journey orchestration, commerce engines, user identity management, and data-driven automation, leveraging a deep technical understanding of Piano solutions to deliver business value during the presales process. Prior to Piano, Nicolas held various positions at AT Internet and contributed to digital marketing efforts at GSK and Colgate Palmolive. Nicolas holds a Master of Arts in New Media Studies from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, complemented by a study program at the University of Sussex focused on global economic issues.
