Kathryn Whelan Cip

Kathryn Whelan CIP is an experienced professional in the insurance and risk management sector, currently serving as the People Systems Optimisation Lead and HR Project Lead (Workday) at PIB Group since July 2023. Prior to this, Kathryn held the position of Commercial Account Executive at Campion Insurance from August 2021 to November 2024, and Personal Lines Insurance Executive at Doyle Mahon Insurances between October 2019 and August 2021. Earlier experience includes a Data Management Internship at Maples Group in 2019 and an Enterprise Risk Management Internship at XL Catlin from January to August 2018. Kathryn began their career as a Sales Assistant at Londis from July 2015 to August 2017. Kathryn earned a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Limerick, where studies were completed between September 2015 and May 2019.
