Alice Clover has extensive experience in product research and development, currently serving as Responsable R&D Optimisation Produit at Picard Surgelés since May 2015. In this role, Alice oversees product optimizations, leading a team and coordinating approximately 150 optimizations annually, alongside managing supplier-driven improvements. Previous positions at Picard include Chef de projet recherche développement for bakery and ice creams, where strategic product development and supplier collaboration were key responsibilities. Prior to joining Picard, Alice gained valuable experience through internships in quality management and production systems at companies such as Barry Callebaut and Délifrance. Alice holds a Master's degree in sustainable food manufacturing and management from the Institut supérieur d'agriculture de Lille and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and cellular biology from CY Cergy Paris Université.
