Tiaan van der Riel

Tiaan van der Riel is a Software Engineer currently working at Picky since February 2023, where responsibilities include the maintenance and development of the Picky Mobile App. Prior to this position, Tiaan served as a Software Engineer at BBD from December 2021 to April 2023, contributing to the backend team for the Standard Bank MVNO project. Tiaan holds a BSc in Mathematical Science, majoring in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, from Stellenbosch University, completed in December 2022, and previously studied BSc Theoretical Physics at the same institution from January 2019 to December 2020.
