Connie Tough

Connie Tough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and people management. Currently serving as VP of People Operations at Picnic since August 2022, Connie previously held the position of Director of Operations (Chief of Staff) at Pollen from April 2021 to August 2022. Connie’s career also includes roles as Head of Special Projects, Senior CX Strategist, and CX Operations Lead at Pollen, and Director of Operations and Head of Performance at Your Golf Travel Limited. Additional experience includes key positions at Travelopia, such as Head of Sales Transformation and Operational Development Manager, and various roles at TUI, including Sales Academy Manager and Learning and Development Consultant. Connie holds an Insights Accreditation and a CIPD degree in Human Resources Development from Crawley College.
