Caroline Meyer

Caroline Meyer is a seasoned global learning and development professional with extensive experience in building and scaling training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Doctolib since January 2020, Caroline has successfully established management and entrepreneurship academies, developed a robust learning culture, and managed a diverse team while accommodating significant organizational growth. Previously, as a Senior Instructional Designer at 1010data, Caroline focused on creating effective onboarding and product training solutions. In earlier roles at LearnAssembly, Caroline led the Learning Innovation department, driving digital learning innovation, and at Greenworking and Eurynome Associés, Caroline specialized in change management consulting and training for multinational companies in diverse industries. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Innovation by Design from ENSCI - Les Ateliers and a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Lille, supplemented by international experience at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
