Charl Peng

Charl Peng currently serves as the Herbarium Technician Lead at Picturae, focusing on the digitization of cultural heritage objects at the California Academy of Sciences, managing the digitization of 4,000 herbarium specimens daily. Previous experience includes working as a Script Reader at Vertical Entertainment, where script analysis and coverage were provided, and as a Field Biologist Intern at Kelleys Island State Park, which involved environmental education and conservation efforts. Additionally, Charl contributed as a Camera Operator Intern for Theater of War, operated as Film Crew Lead at AMC Theatres, and held an Acquisition Intern position at Good Deed Entertainment. Charl holds a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Kenyon College, completed in May 2024.
