Manab Ghosh has extensive experience in business development and sales, primarily within Pidilite Industries Limited since 1989. Currently serving as President of Business Development and Business Head for South East Asia and Saarc, Manab has successfully enhanced strategic initiatives to increase market share and has focused on manpower development and team building. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and General Manager of Sales, where responsibilities ranged from overall sales operations and business development in the Indian subcontinent to field marketing and sales operations management. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Manager at Ship-Sarabhai Group, leading the sales management function and building a strong field force.
