Elodie Roger

Elodie Roger has extensive experience in formulation development within the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Currently serving as chargé de développement galénique at Pierre Fabre Group since May 2018, Elodie focuses on the development and life cycle management of topical formulations, including creams, gels, and ointments, while emphasizing eco-design. Previously, Elodie held various roles at Galderma from February 2012 to April 2018, including chargé de recherche en innovation pharmaceutique et cosmétique, where responsibilities included proposing innovative platforms, conducting technological monitoring, and managing a highly qualified technician and interns. Elodie's earlier experiences also include internships at Lipo Chemicals France and Henkel, specializing in cosmetic formulation. Elodie holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemistry from CPE Lyon, awarded in 2012.
