Viktoras Staliauskas has extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Management Expert and Customer Service Team Lead at Pigu.lt since May 2020, Viktoras previously held leadership roles at Skycop.com and gained significant customer service expertise at Small Planet Airlines, where positions included Senior Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes an Assistant Secretary role at the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania and several positions at Kempinski Hotel Cathedral Square Vilnius, culminating in the role of Duty Manager. Viktoras began a career in hospitality at Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva as a Conference Steward. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History from Vilnius University, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
