Eduardo Zatarain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food industry, holding leadership positions in several prominent organizations. At Pilgrim's, Eduardo serves as VP & General Manager of Prepared Foods Mexico. Eduardo previously held the role of General Manager for the Consumer Goods Division at Grupo Bafar and served as General Manager of Tyson Foods Mexico. Prior experience includes various senior management roles at Bachoco, such as Business Unit General Manager, Go To Market and Supply Chain Senior Corporate Manager, and México Sales & Operations Country Manager. Additionally, Eduardo began their career as Corporate Sales Manager for the Traditional Channel at SuKarne.
