Pillars of Wellness was founded on an approach to mental health that appreciates the many facets of the human experience, namely wellness in mind, body and spirit.  

Pillars of Wellness draws on the three pillars of health in mind, body and spirit. 

This holistic approach to wellness utilizes evidence based approaches, specifically interventions related to the care of the mind or psyche.  The mind is influenced by the body and the body influenced by the mind.  By placing value on the whole person, our interventions aim to help our clients develop and maintain a healthier and more fulfilling life.
