Rhonda Nelson

Rhonda Nelson is an experienced leader in human resources, currently serving as the Acting Chief Human Resources Officer at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since May 2015. In this role, Rhonda drives the global HR vision for the law firm across 19 international locations, focusing on talent management and innovative HR strategies. Previous positions include Senior Director of Firmwide Human Resources, where strategic alignment with organizational goals was emphasized, and Firmwide Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR operations and support to the executive team. Prior to this, Rhonda held various roles at Randstad Work Solutions, including Senior Branch Manager, and worked as a Job Developer/ESL Coordinator at Catholic Social Services. Rhonda began their career in media development at Roy Communications. Rhonda holds a BA in Spanish and International Business from Georgia State University.
