Celia Robidoux is an accomplished professional specializing in health equity and community development. Currently serving as the Healthy Equity Program Manager at the Pima County Health Department, Celia has a strong background in program management and community engagement. As the owner of Aurora Coaching LLC, Celia focuses on fostering growth and transformation for individuals and organizations. Previous roles include Director of LGBTQ+ Program Services at the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation and Executive Director at Arizona Serve, where Celia significantly contributed to program sustainability and community partnerships. Celia's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Justice and Community Organizing and a Bachelor’s of Science in Justice Studies, complemented by certifications in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Studies.
