Fabian Dienemann

Fabian Dienemann is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative research and institutional account management, currently serving as a Senior Vice President and Quantitative Research Analyst at PIMCO since January 2015. With a strong background in conducting quantitative research on asset allocation, risk factors, and macroeconomic analyses, Fabian has successfully led portfolio optimization studies and developed risk models for various investment strategies. As an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne since January 2023, Fabian also contributes to academic research in finance. Previous roles include consulting at PwC and internships at Commerzbank AG, complemented by a robust educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Finance from UNSW and a Master's degree from IE Business School.
