Donna Douglass Williams

Donna Douglass Williams is an experienced professional in the field of ombud services, currently serving as Head of Ombuds at Pinterest since December 2021. Williams has a strong background in various organizations, including roles as Consultant Ombudsperson for United Nations Funds and Programmes and Ombudsperson at UConn Health and the Green Climate Fund. Prior positions include Director of the Ombuds Program at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Ombudsperson for the World Health Organization and Georgia State University. Williams has also contributed to the International Ombudsman Association as a member of the Board of Directors. Educational achievements include a J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a B.S. in Management/Accounting from Purdue University.
