Richard C. (Rik) Master, FAIA, CSI, LEED AP, is a seasoned architect and building science expert with nearly 40 years of experience. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Pioneer Center for Human Services and as a partner at Main Architecture, Rik also owns EcoSculpt Architects LLC, a firm focused on sustainable architectural services. A distinguished member of the American Institute of Architects, Rik was elevated to the College of Fellows and has held various leadership roles including Strategic Councilor and President of AIA Illinois. Prior to their current endeavors, Rik dedicated over 36 years to USG in various capacities, contributing significantly to sustainable building practices and advancing the field of architecture. Education includes a Bachelor of Architecture in Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and studies at Harper College and Northern Illinois University.
