Katie Froehle is a Senior Consultant in Organizational Effectiveness at Pioneer Management Consulting since June 2021. Key project highlights include leading efforts in organizational design for ATC and implementing a Pay for Performance transformation for Salesforce. Previous experience at Piper Sandler includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Organizational Change Management, where Katie led integration efforts for sales teams and developed change management strategies. With a foundational background in HR and talent acquisition, along with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development & Change Management from the University of St. Thomas, Katie demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing organizational performance through effective change initiatives.
